Are your vehicles new or used?

Bourbon St Motors sells pre-owned cars and trucks. All vehicles are used unless otherwise clearly stated.

Can I have a mechanic inspect the vehicle?

Yes. We encourage customers to arrange an independent inspection prior to completing a purchase.

Are the prices listed online the final price?

Online prices reflect the vehicle price only. Taxes, title, registration, dealer documentation fees, and optional products are not included unless stated. Final pricing will be confirmed at the dealership before purchase.

What information is required for financing?

Financing applications may require personal information such as Social Security number, employment details, income verification, and identification. This information is transmitted securely and processed using dealer-certified software systems.

Are vehicles sold with a warranty?

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale, vehicles are sold “AS IS.” Any warranty offered will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

What does “AS IS” mean?

“AS IS” means there is no implied warranty unless specifically provided in writing. Customers accept the vehicle in its current condition at the time of sale.

Do you offer returns?

All vehicle sales are generally final. Bourbon St Motors does not offer standard returns or trial periods.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes. Bourbon St Motors accepts vehicle trade-ins as part of the purchase process.

Are your vehicles inspected?

Vehicles are reviewed prior to being offered for sale. Because they are pre-owned, they may show normal wear consistent with age and mileage. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test drive vehicles before purchase.

Do you negotiate pricing?

Pricing and availability may change without notice. Please contact us directly to discuss current pricing and availability.

Is the vehicle I see online guaranteed to be available?

No. All vehicles are subject to prior sale or pending sales, however availablity may change. Please call 602-242-7429 to confirm availability before visiting.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with multiple lenders to help customers secure financing options based on credit history and approval criteria.

Is financing guaranteed?

No. All financing approvals, interest rates, and terms are determined by third-party lenders based on creditworthiness and other factors.

What if I have a concern after purchase?

Concerns should be reported within seven (7) days of purchase. In limited circumstances, we may review the matter and determine if a reasonable resolution is available. Any assistance is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

Will I receive proper documentation?

Yes. All required purchase documents will be provided at the time of sale. Title and registration processing will follow Arizona state requirements.
