A deposit may be used to remove a vehicle from active availability, pause marketing or sales activity, begin administrative processing, prepare documents, coordinate financing, schedule delivery, or otherwise reserve the vehicle for the customer. Because Bourbon St Motors may turn away other potential buyers or incur administrative costs after accepting a deposit, deposits are not refundable if the customer chooses not to complete the purchase for any reason, including but not limited to:
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit does not create a completed vehicle sale, does not transfer ownership, and does not guarantee financing approval. Vehicle purchase, financing, title, registration, taxes, fees, and delivery remain subject to final written documentation, lender approval where applicable, and completion of all required dealership paperwork.
If Bourbon St Motors is unable to sell the selected vehicle due to circumstances caused by the dealership, or if a refund is required by applicable law, the deposit may be refunded or applied toward another vehicle at the dealership’s discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
Any exception to this deposit policy must be approved by Bourbon St Motors in writing. Verbal statements, text messages, emails, or informal communications from dealership staff do not modify this policy unless they clearly state that the deposit is refundable and are confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Bourbon St Motors.
Bourbon St Motors does not offer standard vehicle returns, exchanges, cancellation periods, or trial periods.
All deposits made to Bourbon St Motors are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing by Bourbon St Motors. Deposits may be retained if a customer chooses not to complete a purchase, fails to provide required information, fails to secure acceptable financing, fails to appear, changes their mind, or otherwise cancels or delays the transaction.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the dealership when no reasonable alternative resolution can be reached.
Any approved refund, if granted, may be subject to administrative fees, processing costs, mileage, reconditioning costs, financing-related costs, title or registration costs, and any other expenses incurred by Bourbon St Motors.
No refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or deposit exception is valid unless approved in writing by Bourbon St Motors.
All vehicle sales at Bourbon St Motors are generally final.
Bourbon St Motors sells pre-owned vehicles that may show normal wear consistent with age, mileage, and prior use. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale, vehicles are sold “AS IS” without warranty.
Customers are strongly encouraged to:

• Arrange for an independent mechanical inspection prior to purchase
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the vehicle’s condition and the terms of sale.
In rare circumstances, if a significant mechanical concern is identified shortly after purchase, Bourbon St Motors may, at its sole discretion, review the matter with the customer.
Any concerns must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of purchase and before the vehicle has been substantially driven, altered, or modified.
If appropriate, Bourbon St Motors may:
• Assist in evaluating or diagnosing the reported issue
• Determine whether a reasonable resolution may be available
Any assistance or goodwill resolution is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed.
Bourbon St Motors is not obligated to cover diagnostic fees, repair costs, or related expenses unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
