Vehicle Sales & Limited Post-Sale Resolution Policy

All vehicle sales are generally final.

Bourbon St Motors sells used vehicles that may show normal wear consistent with age and mileage. Vehicles are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale. Customers are encouraged to inspect, test drive, and review all vehicle details prior to completing a purchase.

 

Post-Sale Concerns & Resolution Process

In rare circumstances, if a significant mechanical concern is identified shortly after purchase, Bourbon St Motors may, at its discretion, work with the customer to review the issue.

Concerns must be brought to our attention within the first week following purchase and before the vehicle has been subject to extensive use or modification.

When appropriate, Bourbon St Motors may:

  • Assist with evaluating or diagnosing the concern, and

  • Determine whether a reasonable resolution is available.

Any resolution, including potential repairs, is handled case-by-case and is not guaranteed. Bourbon St Motors is not obligated to cover diagnostic or repair costs unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

 

Returns & Refunds

Bourbon St Motors does not offer standard returns or exchanges. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only in exceptional situations, at the sole discretion of the dealership, when no reasonable resolution can be achieved.

 

Warranties

Any warranties offered on a vehicle will be clearly disclosed in writing prior to purchase. No additional warranties are implied unless explicitly stated.
